– IRELAND, Dublin – Aer Lingus Group plc confirms that its Board of Directors has today approved the appointment with effect from 1 September 2014 of its Chief Financial Officer designate, Mr. Bernard Bot, as a director of the Company.
Mr. Bot was a director of TNT N.V. from August 2010 to May 2011 and a director of TNT Express N.V. from March 2011 to June 2014.
