Agriterra appoints Caroline Havers to the Board of Directors as Non-Executive Chairman

– GUERNSEY, St Peter Port – Agriterra (AIM:AGTA), the AIM quoted Africa focused agricultural company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Caroline Havers to the board as Non-Executive Chair, with immediate effect.

Ms. Havers is a highly experienced litigation/dispute resolution lawyer having spent 30 years within international law firms working with clients operating in a variety of African jurisdictions and industry sectors. During her legal career, Ms. Havers has been both a partner and managing director of different law firms. She currently serves as compliance officer of the London office of a US law firm, provides ad hoc compliance and legal services to various clients and is a qualified CEDR Mediator.

Ms. Havers is also involved in a number of not-for-profit organisations, including acting as Chair of Redthread Youth Work Limited as Trustee of Bridge2Aid, as a legal advisor at the West Norwood Advice & Counselling Service and acting as a facilitator for the Sycamore Project.
