CQS New City High Yield Fund appoints Wendy Dorman to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– JERSEY, St. Helier – CQS New City High Yield Fund Ltd (LSE:NCYF), announces the following changes to its Board of Directors with immediate effect.

Allister Carey yesterday resigned from the Board after serving as a non-executive director since 17 January 2007.

Wendy Dorman has joined the Board as a non-executive Director as of 2 March 2016. Wendy has over 20 years’ experience of tax within the financial services industry, both in London and in Jersey. She is a Jersey resident and holds other non-executive directorships, including Jersey Finance and 3i Infrastructure plc.

Wendy is also a member of the Jersey Finance Fiscal Strategy Group and served as President of the Jersey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants from 2008 to 2010.

The Chairman, Jimmy West, thanked Allister Carey for his contributions during a period that had seen the Company’s shareholders’ funds increase from £68m to £194m, and welcomed Wendy Dorman to the Board.
