– UK, London – Dods Group plc (AIM: DODS), a specialist content, media services and events company which delivers information and analysis across multiple platforms, is pleased to announce that Guy Cleaver, Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director with immediate effect.
Mr. Cleaver was Managing Director for the Company from 2007, and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all Group’s businesses in March 2016.
