– UK, Fareham – The Gattaca PLC (AIM:GATC), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Mamone as Non-Executive Director.
Mark, 47, is currently Group Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer, UK & Europe Local & Regional Government at Serco Group plc, having previously held senior technology roles in Detica, Computer Sciences Corporation, and BT.
Patrick Shanley, Chairman, said: “I am very pleased that Mark has agreed to join Gattaca as a director. Mark brings with him a wealth of technology and digitalisation experience and will help position the company to meet the challenges new technologies will bring. His skill sets also sit well with our Technology sector and he will be a valuable addition to the Board.”
