– UK, London – Independent Resources PLC (AIM:IRG), the upstream oil & gas company, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 6 March 2017, Marco Fumagalli, has been appointed to the board as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Marco Fumagalli, aged 46, holds no direct interest in the shareholding of the Company, but is a Founding Partner of, and a 25% shareholder in Continental Investment Partners (an affiliate of Greenberry plc, the Company’s new cornerstone investor).
Greenberry plc currently holds 1,002,971,638 ordinary shares in the Company and warrants over a further 53,078,411 ordinary shares which were acquired as part of the Company’s financing announced 6 March 2017.
