– UK, London – International Cons Airlines Group announces today that following the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on the date hereof, at which Sir Martin Broughton and Mr. César Alierta Izuel stood down as directors, all of the remaining directors were re-appointed and that Mr. Marc Bolland and Mr. Emilio Saracho Rodríguez de Torres were appointed as directors, the Board of Directors of International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (IAG). Also approved are the following appointments and changes to the Board Committees:
The appointment of Mr. Patrick Cescau as new Senior Independent Director.
The appointment of Mr. Kieran Pointer as Chair of the Audit and Compliance Committee, replacing Mr. James Lawrence, who will remain a Committee member, and the appointment of Ms. María Fernanda Mejía Campuzano as member of the Committee.
The Audit and Compliance Committee of IAG will therefore have the following composition:
