– KENYA, Thika – Kakuzi Limited (LSE:KAKU), announced today that Mr Kenneth Tarplee steps down as Chairman of the Board of Directors to remain a non-executive director with effect from 28th March 2017.
Mr Graham Mclean has been appointed Chairman of the Board with immediate effect.
