Canada, Ontario – Kraus Canada, part of the Kraus Group of Companies (Kraus Group), is pleased to announce the appointment of Shawn Davies as President and General Manager.
Located in Winnipeg MB, Kraus Canada is the Canadian sales and distribution division of Kraus which services 2,300 dealers across Canada.
Shawn joins the team with a proven track record of:
- Aggressive sales growth
- Focused on the customer
- Increasing profitability in sales & distribution
- Strategic acquisition and integration of competitors
- Implementation of sales and operational planning (S&OP) processes
- Developing new product introduction process
Shawn joins Kraus Canada from Sofina Foods, where he was Vice President. Prior to that, Shawn was the Vice President of Foodservice at Janes Family Foods where he increased sales in the foodservice/distribution business by over 500%. Over the years, Shawn has served as VP of R&D, headed international procurement, and has been a General Manager for a national distribution company.
