– UK – Leeds Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of David Cooper as an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Cooper is a qualified Chartered Accountant and between January 2002 and September 2012 he was the Group Finance director of Dawson International PLC an AIM quoted company.
