Mercantile Investment Trust announces Harry Morley to Board as upcoming Non-Executive Director

– UK – The Mercantile Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Harry Morley as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from the close of the Company’s forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 21st May 2014.

Mr Morley is currently CEO of Armajaro Asset Management LLP, and a main board director of Armajaro Holdings Ltd.  He is a non-executive Director of Bibendum Wine Holdings Ltd.  Previously he was Group Finance Director of Armajaro Holdings Ltd.  He was Co-founder and CFO of Tragus Holdings Ltd, owner of Café Rouge and Bella Italia restaurant chains, backed by ECI Partners, and also worked in the shipping industry for P&O.  He qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse.
