NetDimensions appoints John Conoley to its Board as Independent Non-Executive Director

– CHINA, Hong Kong – NetDimensions (AIM: NETD/ OTCQX: NETDY), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Conoley as Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

John has significant public company experience having previously acted as CEO at Psion plc and recently transitioned AIM listed eServGlobal through a significant period of change as Executive Chairman. During his time as a public company director, John has established relationships with a number of institutional UK funds who also happen to be NetDimensions shareholders. John has significant experience of operational and strategic leadership in the IT and Telecommunications sector, particularly around direct and indirect sales channels, change management and strategy development.

John is based in the UK and his career has spanned software, hardware, IT services, telecommunications, automotive and the energy sectors. John began his career in the IT industry with IBM in 1983, and worked across a range of industries in technical, sales, and marketing roles. Since then, John has held general management and director-level roles in small and medium-sized private and public companies.
