Pacific Continental Bank announces Tom Ellison and Duane Woods to its Board of Directors

– USA, OR – Pacific Continental Corporation (Nasdaq: PCBK), the holding company of Pacific Continental Bank, today announced that Thomas Ellison and Duane C. Woods, formerly board members for Foundation Bank of Bellevue, Washington, will join the board of directors for Pacific Continental Bank. Pacific Continental Corporation formally closed its acquisition of Foundation Bancorp, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Foundation Bank on September 6.

Mr. Woods is a founding investor of Foundation Bank and a former senior vice president for Waste Management Inc. Mr. Ellison, also a founding investor, is co-owner in partnership with TPG Capital and Leonard Green Partners at Savers, Inc., a privately held international retail chain with over 350 locations in the United States, Canada and Australia.
