Preston Hollow Capital announces Matt Levin to the Board as upcoming Executive Director

– USA, TX – Preston Hollow Capital announced today the addition of veteran investment banker Matthew Levin as an Executive Director and Senior Originator. Mr. Levin will join Preston Hollow Capital at the end of March, and his corporate responsibilities will include sourcing and structuring investments.

Mr. Levin has been an investment banker for nearly 20 years, focusing on energy, infrastructure, sports facility and project finance, having completed transactions in excess of $25 billion.

Mr. Levin is currently finishing his duties as a senior banker in J.P. Morgan’s Public Finance Department as a member of the Department’s Infrastructure Group. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Levin was a banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Public Sector and Infrastructure Banking Group, where he was a senior member of the Sports Finance and Transportation Group. Previously he worked for Janney Montgomery Scott, Morgan Stanley and Prudential Securities.

Mr. Levin has extensive transactional experience with complex revenue bond financings, public-private partnerships, derivative transactions, tender offers and capital restructurings. He received his BA from The George Washington University and a MPA from American University.
