[ARCHIVE] PZ Cussons announces current Board Member Caroline Silver as next Non-Executive Chair

– UK, Manchester – PZ Cussons Plc (LSE:PZC) announces the appointment of Caroline Silver as Non-executive Chair of the Company. This will be effective from 1 January 2017 following the retirement of Richard Harvey.

Caroline was appointed as a Non-executive Director of the Company in April 2014. She is presently Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee. She is Managing Director at Moelis & Co, the global investment bank. A chartered accountant, she has worked within the investment banking sector for over 25 years and has a wealth of international experience, including substantial exposure to a number of African markets.

Richard Harvey, Chairman of PZ Cussons said: “I am delighted that Caroline has agreed to succeed me. She has exceptional business credentials and has contributed greatly to the Company in her role as a Non-executive Director.
