Rockwell Automation elects Tom Rosamilia to its Board of Directors

– USA, WI – Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK) has elected Tom Rosamilia, as a new director.

Rosamilia, 55, has been Senior Vice President of IBM Systems (NYSE: IBM) since 2013. He has global responsibility for all aspects of IBM’s server, storage and software systems as well as the Company’s global Business Partners organization. Rosamilia joined IBM in 1983 as a software developer and has served in various leadership positions, including General Manager of IBM’s WebSphere software division and Vice President of IBM Corporate Strategy. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Cornell University.
