– UK – Rotork plc announces that Lucinda Bell was appointed a non-executive director of Rotork on 10th July 2014. She will be a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees of the Board.
Lucinda has been Finance Director of The British Land Company PLC since May 2011 and is a Chartered Accountant.
