– FINLAND, Vantaa – Uponor Corporation (HEL:UNR1V) today elected Jorma Eloranta as Chair of the Board. He has served in this role since March 2014. In its organising meeting, the Board of Directors elected Annika Paasikivi as Deputy Chair of the Board.
The Board resolved to establish an Audit Committee and a Personnel and Remuneration Committee.
