Xchanging announces Craig Wilson to the Board of Directors as upcoming CEO

– UK, London – Xchanging plc, the business technology and services provider, today announces the appointment of Craig Wilson as the new Chief Executive Officer.

Following the announcement on 30 July 2015 of the intention of Ken Lever to step down from the role of Chief Executive and from the Board of Xchanging plc at the end of the year it is today announced that Craig Wilson will join the Board of Xchanging plc as Chief Executive Officer Designate with effect from 1 November 2015 and will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer from 1 January 2016.

Craig joins Xchanging from HP Enterprise Services. He has over 30 years’ experience in leadership, consulting and technical roles. In his 20 year career at HP and EDS he led the applications business across Europe and latterly the HP Enterprise Services business in UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa – the market leading IT services company with revenues exceeding £2.5 billion. Craig started his career in software engineering in the UK and then the US. Craig has a wealth of experience in a variety of industries and in the public sector. He has a track record of strategy development, driving strong business growth and performance, securing major contracts, developing trusted relationships and implementing global delivery models.
