Your use of our service(s) implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The Website (all Talent4Boards websites may hereafter be referred to, both individually and collectively, as "The Website") from which you accessed this agreement is provided to you subject to the conditions listed below. These terms are in addition to any other terms that individual Website owners within the Talent4Boards may include for governing access to their Websites.

Any Non-Human Visitors to these Websites shall be considered agents of the individual(s) who controls, authors or otherwise makes use of them. Such individual(s) shall be deemed responsible for the actions of their Non-Human Visitor devices in the same manner as if they personally visited the Website.

The access rights granted to you under the Terms Of Use are non-transferable without the express written permission of the owner of Talent4Boards. You are responsible for the actions of any other person who may utilize your access rights on the Talent4Boards Website.

Introduction

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Talent4Boards Website(s) and all content, services and products available at or through the Website. The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other associated operating rules and policies (including, without limitation, Talent4Boards Privacy Policy).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Talent4Boards Website. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by the Talent4Boards, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. If you are not yet 13 years old, you must stop using the Website immediately or else provide Talent4Boards with written parental approval.

Our basic products and services are free to both Website owners & individual users. However we may offer some paid upgrades for advanced features such as domain hosting or extra disk space or bandwidth.

Our products and services are designed to give Website owners as much control and ownership over their site as possible and to encourage users/members to express themselves freely. However, each site owner must be responsible for the content of their site. In particular, as a site owner, you must make certain that none of the prohibited items listed below appear on your site or get linked to from your site (things like spam, viruses, or hate content).

SPECIAL LICENSE RESTRICTIONS FOR NON-HUMAN VISITORS

A special restriction on a visitor's license to access the Website applies to all Non-Human Visitors. Non-Human Visitors include, but are not limited to, web spiders, bots, indexers, robots, crawlers, harvesters, or any other computer programs designed to access, read, compile or gather content from the Website automatically.

Email addresses on the Talent4Boards are considered proprietary intellectual property. It is recognized that these email addresses are provided for human visitors alone. You acknowledge and agree that each email address the Website contains has a value not less than US $50. You further agree that the compilation, storage, and/or distribution of these addresses substantially diminishes the value of these addresses. Intentional collection, harvesting, gathering, and/or storing the Website's email addresses is recognized as a violation of this agreement and expressly prohibited.

YOU ARE CONCLUDING A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.

         I.            INTRODUCTION.

By joining us and registering, you may position yourself as an available Talent for a board seat, or simply be listed among your peers, as a member of the community, while Companies may present their Board and have the opportunity to have a look at prospective Talent for their Boards, or post available Board positions.

You agree that by registering on Talent4Boards, or by using our Website, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Talent4Boards Inc., a corporation registered 1220 N Market Street STE 808, Wilmington, Delaware, USA (“we,” “us,” “our,” and “Talent4Boards”) based on the terms of this Talent4Boards User Agreement and become a Talent4Boards user (“User”).

If you are using Talent4Boards on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you are nevertheless individually bound by this Agreement even if your company has a separate agreement with us.

If you do not want to register an account and become a Talent4Boards User, do not register as a Talent4Boards User and do not access, view, download or otherwise use any Talent4Boards webpage, information or services. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions. Please note that the Talent4Boards User Agreement and Privacy Policy are also collectively referred to as Talent4Boards’s “Terms & Conditions”

        II.            Users’ OBLIGATIONS

The User Agreement may be amended from time to time with or without advance notice.

  1. License and warranty for your submissions to Talent4Boards.

You own the information you provide Talent4Boards under this Agreement, and may request its deletion at any time. Additionally, you grant Talent4Boards a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, unlimited, assignable, sublicenseable, fully paid up and royalty-free right to us to copy, prepare derivative works of, improve, distribute, publish, remove, retain, add, process, analyze, use and commercialize, in any way now known or in the future discovered, any information you provide, directly or indirectly to Talent4Boards, including, but not limited to, any user generated content, ideas, concepts, techniques or data to the services, you submit to Talent4Boards, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or to any third parties. Any information you submit to us is at your own risk of loss.

By providing information to us, you represent and warrant that you are entitled to submit the information and that the information is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third party rights. It is your responsibility to keep your Talent4Boards profile information accurate and updated.

  1. Service Eligibility.

To be eligible to use the Service, you must meet the following criteria and represent and warrant that you:

a)       are 18 years of age or older;

b)       are not a competitor of Talent4Boards or are not using the Services for reasons that are in competition with Talent4Boards;

c)        will only maintain only one Talent4Boards account at any given time;

d)       have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party;

e)       will not violate any rights of Talent4Boards, including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademark rights;

f)        agree to provide at your cost all equipment, software, and internet access necessary to use the Services.

If you believe that you are entitled or obligated to act contrary to this Agreement under any mandatory law, you agree to provide us with detailed and substantiated explanation of your reasons in writing at least 30 days before you act contrary to this Agreement, to allow us to assess whether we may, at our sole discretion, provide an alternative remedy for the situation, though we are under no obligation to do so.

  1. Privacy.

You should carefully read our full Privacy Policy before deciding to become a User as it is hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference, and governs our treatment of any information, including personally identifiable information you submit to us. Please note that certain information, statements, data, and content (such as photographs) which you may submit to Talent4Boards, or groups you choose to join might, or are likely to, reveal your gender, ethnic origin, nationality, age, and/or other personal information about you. You acknowledge that your submission of any information, statements, data, and content to us is voluntary on your part.

      III.            Users’ RIGHTS.

On the condition that you comply with all your obligations under this Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nonassignable, nonsublicenseable license and right to access the Services, through a generally available web browser, view information and use the Services that we provide on Talent4Boards webpages and in accordance with this Agreement. Any other use of Talent4Boards contrary to our mission and purpose (such as using information gathered from Talent4Boards commercially unless expressly authorized by Talent4Boards) is strictly prohibited and a violation of this Agreement. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement, including, without limitation, title, ownership, intellectual property rights, and all other rights and interest in Talent4Boards and all related items, including any and all copies made of the Talent4Boards website.

      IV.            Talent4boards RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

  1. Services Availability.

For as long as Talent4Boards continues to offer the Services, Talent4Boards shall provide and seek to update, improve and expand the Services. As a result, we allow you to access Talent4Boards as it may exist and be available on any given day and have no other obligations, except as expressly stated in this Agreement. We may modify, replace, refuse access to, suspend or discontinue Talent4Boards, partially or entirely, or change and modify prices for all or part of the Services for you or for all our users in our sole discretion. All of these changes shall be effective upon their posting on our site or by direct communication to you unless otherwise noted. Talent4Boards further reserves the right to withhold, remove and or discard any content available as part of your account, with or without notice if deemed by Talent4Boards to be contrary to this Agreement. For avoidance of doubt, Talent4Boards has no obligation to store, maintain or provide you a copy of any content that you or other Users provide when using the Services.

  1. Third Party Sites.

Talent4Boards may include links to third party web sites (“Third Party Sites”), and elsewhere.

You are responsible for evaluating whether you want to access or use a Third Party Site. You should review any applicable terms and/or privacy policy of a Third Party Site before using it or sharing any information with it, because you may give the operator permission to use your information in ways we would not.

Talent4Boards is not responsible for and does not endorse any features, content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from Third Party Sites. Accordingly, if you decide to access Third Party Sites, you do so at your own risk and that this Agreement does not apply to your use of any Third Party Site.

  1. Disclosure of User Information.

You acknowledge, consent and agree that we may access, preserve, and disclose your registration and any other information you provide if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary in our opinion to:

a)       comply with legal process, including, but not limited to, civil and criminal subpoenas, court orders or other compulsory disclosures;

b)       enforce this Agreement;

c)        respond to claims of a violation of the rights of third parties, whether or not the third party is a User, individual, or government agency;

d)       respond to customer service inquiries;

e)       protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Talent4Boards, our Users or the public.

Disclosures of User information to third parties other than those required to provide customer support, administer this agreement, or comply with legal requirements are addressed in the Privacy Policy.

       V.            DISCLAIMER.

Do not rely on talent4boards, any information therein, or its continuation. We provide the platform for talent4boards and all information and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Talent4boards does not control or vet user generated content for accuracy. We do not provide any express warranties or representations.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all implied warranties and representations, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy of data, and noninfringement. if you are dissatisfied or harmed by talent4boards or anything related to talent4boards, you may close your talent4boards account and terminate this agreement in accordance with “termination” section and such termination shall be your sole and exclusive remedy.

In addition, we neither warrant nor represent that your use of the service will not infringe the rights of third parties. Any material, service, or technology described or used on the website may be subject to intellectual property rights owned by third parties who have licensed such material, service, or technology to us.

Talent4boards does not have any obligation to verify the identity of the persons subscribing to its services, nor does it have any obligation to monitor the use of its services by other users of the community; therefore, talent4boards disclaims all liability for identity theft or any other misuse of your identity or information.

Talent4boards does not guarantee that the services it provides will function without interruption or errors in functioning. In particular, the operation of the services may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or system or network failures. Talent4boards disclaims all liability for damages caused by any such interruption or errors in functioning. furthermore, talent4boards disclaims all liability for any malfunctioning, impossibility of access, or poor use conditions of the talent4boards site due to inappropriate equipment, disturbances related to internet service providers, to the saturation of the internet network, and for any other reason.

      VI.            LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

Neither Talent4Boards nor any of our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, employees, shareholders, or directors (“Talent4Boards Affiliates”) shall be cumulatively liable for US $100, or any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages or loss of use, profit, revenue or data to you or any third person arising from your use of the Service, any platform applications or any of the content or other materials on, accessed through or downloaded from Talent4Boards. This limitation of liability is part of the basis of the bargain between the parties.

This limitation of liability shall:

Apply regardless of whether (1) you base your claim on contract, tort, statute or any other legal theory, (2) we knew or should have known about the possibility of such damages, or (3) the limited remedies provided in this section fail of their essential purpose; and

Not apply to any damage that Talent4Boards may cause you intentionally or knowingly in violation of this Agreement or applicable law, or as otherwise mandated by applicable law that cannot be disclaimed from in this Agreement.

Not apply if you have entered into a separate agreement to purchase Premium Services with a separate Limitation of Liability provision that supersedes this section in relation to those Premium Services.

    VII.            TERMINATION.

  1. Mutual rights of termination.

You may terminate this Agreement, for any or no reason, at any time, with notice to Talent4Boards. This notice will be effective upon Talent4Boards processing your notice. Talent4Boards may terminate the Agreement and your account for any reason or no reason, at any time, with or without notice. This cancellation shall be effective immediately or as may be specified in the notice. For avoidance of doubt, only Talent4Boards or the party paying for the services may terminate your access to any Premium Services. Termination of your Talent4Boards account includes disabling your access to Talent4Boards and may also bar you from any future use of Talent4Boards.

  1. Misuse of the Services.

Talent4Boards may restrict, suspend or terminate the account of any User who abuses or misuses the Services. Misuse of the Services includes using the Services commercially without Talent4Boards’s authorization, infringing any intellectual property rights, or any other behavior that Talent4Boards, in its sole discretion, deems contrary to its purpose.

  1. Effect of Termination.

Upon the termination of your Talent4Boards account, you lose access to the Services. The terms of this Agreement shall survive any termination, except Sections (“Your Rights”) and (“Our Rights and Obligations”) hereof.

   VIII.            DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. Law and Forum for Legal Disputes

This Agreement or any claim, cause of action or dispute (“claim”) arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware regardless of your country of origin or where you access Talent4Boards, and notwithstanding of any conflicts of law principles and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. You and Talent4Boards agree that all claims arising out of or related to this Agreement must be resolved exclusively by a state or federal court located in New Castle County, Delaware, USA except as otherwise agreed by the parties or as described in the Arbitration Option paragraph below. You and Talent4Boards agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within New Castle County, Delaware, USA for the purpose of litigating all such claims. Notwithstanding the above, you agree that Talent4Boards shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

      IX.            GENERAL TERMS.

  1. Severability.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, the unenforceable provision will be modified so as to render it enforceable and effective to the maximum extent possible in order to effect the intention of the provision; and if a court or arbitrator finds the modified provision invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement will not be affected in any way.

  1. Language.

Where Talent4Boards has provided you with a translation of the English language version of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and/or any other documentation, you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and any other documentation, including additional terms of service for Premium Services, will govern your relationship with Talent4Boards.

  1. Entire Agreement.

You agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire, complete and exclusive agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, or whether established by custom, practice, policy or precedent, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other Talent4Boards services, third-party content or third party software.

  1. Amendments to this Agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, supplement or replace the terms of the Agreement, effective upon posting at www.talent4boards.com or notifying you otherwise. If you do not want to agree to changes to the Agreement, you can terminate this Agreement at any time.

  1. No informal waivers, agreements or representations.

Our failure to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to that breach or subsequent similar or other breaches. Except as expressly and specifically contemplated by the Agreement, no representations, statements, consents, waivers or other acts or omissions by any Talent4Boards Affiliate shall be deemed legally binding on any Talent4Boards Affiliate, unless documented in a physical writing hand signed by a duly appointed officer of Talent4Boards.

  1. No Injunctive Relief.

In no event shall you seek or be entitled to rescission, injunctive or other equitable relief, or to enjoin or restrain the operation of the Service, exploitation of any advertising or other materials issued in connection therewith, or exploitation of the Services or any content or other material used or displayed through the Services.

  1. Beneficiaries.

Entities other than Talent4Boards Inc., that Talent4Boards Inc. owns a 50% or greater interest in (“Affiliate”) are not parties, but intended third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, with a right to enforce the Agreement directly against you.

  1. Assignment and Delegation.

You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Agreement. Any purported assignment and delegation shall be ineffective. We may freely assign or delegate all rights and obligations under the Agreement, fully or partially without notice to you. We may also substitute, by way of unilateral novation, effective upon notice to you, Talent4Boards Corporation for any third party that assumes our rights and obligations under this Agreement.

  1. Potential Other Rights and Obligations.

You may have rights or obligations under local law other than those enumerated here if you are located outside the United States.

Talent4Boards Privacy Policy

Introduction:

By joining us and registering, you may position yourself as an available Talent for a board seat, or simply be listed among your peers, as a member of the community, while Companies may present their Board and have the opportunity to have a look at prospective Talent for their Boards, or post available Board positions.

Being part of Talent4Boards means sharing information about yourself with other professionals, communicating with them, as well as working privately on your own. By default, your account is set up to share the information that we have found the vast majority of our Users are interested in sharing. But the amount and type of information you decide to share, and with whom you share it, is up to you.

We adhere to the following principles to protect your privacy:

-          We do not rent, sell, or otherwise provide your personally identifiable information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy or as required by law.

-          We do not share any information you have not chosen to display on your Talent4Boards profile to other parties, unless compelled by law, or as necessary to enforce our User Agreement or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Talent4Boards, its Users, and the public.

-          All information that you provide will be protected with industry standard protocols and technology.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you so that you may access and review the changes to this document in advance of your continued use of the service. If you object to any changes, you close your account. By continuing to use the Talent4Boards service after notice of changes has been sent to you or published on the Talent4Boards website, you are consenting to the changes.

Talent4Boards’s Privacy Policy Covers:

  1. 1.        Information Collected

The mission of Talent4Boards is to connect the Board professionals to enable them to be more productive and successful. To achieve this mission, Talent4Boards makes features and functionality available through our website, and other information provided as part of the Talent4Boards services (“Services”) to enable professionals to fill Board opportunities. By joining Talent4Boards, you voluntarily and willingly provide Talent4Boards Inc. certain information, including personally identifiable information, which we collect in order to provide the Services. If you have any hesitation about providing information to us and/or having your information displayed on the Talent4Boards website or otherwise used in any manner permitted in this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, you should not become a member of the Talent4Boards community; and, if you are already a member, you should close your acount.

We collect your personal information in the following ways:

  1. A.       Registration

In order to become a User, you must provide us the following information to create an account: name, email address, country, and password. Without this minimal amount of information, you cannot create a Talent4Boards account. Like other passwords, you should choose one that is known only by you. Talent4Boards requests other information from you during the registration process, (e.g., gender, location, etc.) that Talent4Boards uses to provide better, more customized services. You acknowledge that this information is personal to you, and by creating an account on Talent4Boards, you allow others, including Talent4Boards, to identify you and to allow Talent4Boards to use your information in accordance with our User Agreement.

  1. B.       Profile Information

Once you become a User, you may provide additional information to your Talent4Boards profile describing your skills, professional experiences, educational background and networking objectives. Providing additional information about yourself beyond what is minimally required at registration is entirely up to you, but providing additional information enables you to derive more benefit from Talent4Boards and your professional network by helping you build your professional identity and leverage your professional network and facilitating your search for professional resources, information, and new opportunities. Any information you provide at registration or in the Profile section may be used by Talent4Boards as described in the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of allowing professional opportunities to find you on Talent4Boards, or for serving more relevant advertisements on Talent4Boards. If you decide not to share certain information, you may not receive the full benefit of being a Talent4Boards User.

  1. C.        Cookies

Like most websites, we use cookies and web log files to track site usage and trends, to improve the quality of our service, to customize your experience on Talent4Boards, as well as to deliver Talent4Boards and third-party advertising to Users both on and off the Talent4Boards site. One type of cookie, known as a “persistent” cookie, is set once you’ve logged in to your Talent4Boards account. The next time you visit the Talent4Boards website, the persistent cookie will allow us to recognize you as an existing User so you will not need to log in before using the Services. Another type of cookie, called a “session” cookie, is used to identify a particular visit to the Talent4Boards website. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

  1. D.       Advertising

To support the Services we provide at no cost to our Users, as well as provide a more relevant and useful experience for our Users, we target and serve our own ads and third-party ads both on and off the site using ad networks. Ad networks include third party ad servers, ad agencies, ad exchanges, ad technology vendors and research firms.

We target ads to Users based on general profile categories or on non-personally identifiable information inferred from a User’s profile (e.g., industry, current or former company, gender, or other aspects of your life) in addition to a User’s use of Talent4Boards or their clicking on Talent4Boards ad inventory. Talent4Boards does not provide personally identifiable information to any third party ad network.

You may opt-out of ads served to you off Talent4Boards by contacting us, but you may lose certain functionality of the Talent4Boards Services, as well as the potential benefit of receiving ads that are targeted to your interests.

  1. E.        Rights to Access, Correct and Eliminate Information About You

You have a right to access, modify, correct and eliminate the data you supplied to Talent4Boards. If you update any of your information, we may keep a copy of the information that you originally provided to us in our archives for uses documented in this policy. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us. We will respond to your request within 30 days. Please note, however that information you have shared with others, or that other Users have copied, may also remain visible even if you request its deletion.

  1. F.        Data Retention

Talent4Boards will retain your information for so long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, except in the case of our professional plugin impression data, which we de-identify after 12 months. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce this Agreement.

  1. 2.        Uses of personal information
    1. A.       Consent to Talent4Boards Processing Information About You

The information you provide to Talent4Boards may reveal, or allow others to identify, your nationality, ethnic origin, gender, age, and other aspects of your life. By providing information to us for the purposes of creating your User account or adding any additional details to your Talent4Boards profile, you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and Talent4Boards’s User Agreement that allow Talent4Boards to process information about you. Supplying information to Talent4Boards, including any information deemed “sensitive” by applicable law, is entirely voluntary on your part. You have the right to withdraw your consent to Talent4Boards’s collection and processing of your information at any time, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement but please note that your withdrawal of consent will not be retroactive.

  1. B.       Talent4Boards Communications

As described in the User Agreement, we will communicate with you through email, notices posted on the Talent4Boards website or through other means available through the service. We may send you a series of emails that help inform new Users about the features of the Services, and we will also send you service messages relating to the functioning of the Services. We may also send you messages with promotional information directly or on behalf of our partners, unless you have opted out of receiving promotional information.

If you wish, you can also opt-out of receiving promotional emails by sending a request to Talent4Boards. Please be aware that you cannot opt-out of receiving service messages from Talent4Boards.

  1. C.        Customized Content

We use information you provide to us (or to third parties with whom Talent4Boards offers combined services) to customize your experience on our website.

  1. D.       Sharing Information with Third Parties

Talent4Boards takes the privacy of our Users very seriously, and we do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personally identifiable information to third parties, except as described in this policy. We will also not share other personal information not published to your profile or generated through engagement with other Talent4Boards services (Company Pages, etc.) without your explicit consent or to carry out your instructions unless, disclosure is reasonably necessary in our opinion to comply with Legal Process (see below)

  1. E.        Search

We offer search services to help find information and learn more about other Users, as well as Board opportunities. Talent4Boards search also allows Users to find positions, companies. We use information from User profiles to inform and refine our search service.

  1. F.        Compliance with Legal Process

It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information, profile information and/or information about your activities as a Talent4Boards User when required by subpoena or other legal process, or if Talent4Boards has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to (a) investigate, prevent or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (b) to enforce the User Agreement, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations, or to protect the security or integrity of our site; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property or personal safety of Talent4Boards, our Users, employees, or others.

  1. G.       Disclosures to Others as the Result of a Change in Control or Sale of Talent4Boards Corporation

We may also disclose your personal information and other information you provide to another third party as part of a sale of the assets of Talent4Boards Corporation, a subsidiary or division, or as the result of a change in control of the company. Any third party to which Talent4Boards transfers or sells Talent4Boards’s assets will have the right to continue to use the personal and other information that you provide to us.

  1. 3.        Your Information Choices
    1. A.       Accessing and Changing Your Account Information

You can review the personal information you provided to us and make any desired changes to the information you publish, or to the settings for your Talent4Boards account including your email and contact preferences, at any time by logging in Talent4Boards website. Please be aware that even after your request for a change is processed, Talent4Boards may, for a time, retain residual information about you in its backup and/or archival copies of its database.

  1. B.       Closing Your Account

You can close your account through the Talent4Boards customer service. If you close your Talent4Boards account, we will remove your name and other personally identifiable information from our publicly viewable database. If you close your account, we have no obligation to retain your information, and may delete any or all of your account information without liability. However, we may retain certain data contributed by you if Talent4Boards believes it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law. Talent4Boards may also retain and use your information if necessary to provide the Services to other Users. Talent4Boards disclaims any liability in relation to the deletion or retention (subject to the terms herein) of information or any obligation not to delete the information.

  1. 4.        Your Obligations

As a User, you have certain obligations to other Users. Some of these obligations are imposed by applicable law and regulations, and others have become commonplace in user-friendly communities of like-minded members such as Talent4Boards:

-          You must, at all times, abide by the terms and conditions of the then-current Privacy Policy and User Agreement.

-          You must not download or otherwise disseminate any information that may violate the purpose and spirit of Talent4Boards and its community of Users.

-          You must not provide to Talent4Boards and/or other Users information that you believe might be injurious or detrimental to your person or to your professional or social status.

-          You must keep your username and password confidential and not share it with others.

Any violation of these guidelines may lead to the restriction, suspension or termination of your account at the sole discretion of Talent4Boards.

        Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without advance notice. In the event there are significant changes in the way we treat your personally identifiable information, or in the Privacy Policy document itself, we will display a notice on the Talent4Boards website or send you an email, so that you may review the changed terms prior to continuing to use the site. As always, if you object to any of the changes to our terms, and you no longer wish to use Talent4Boards, you may close your account. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that Talent4Boards has about you and your account.
