– SINGAPORE, Singapore – AEC, the educational programmes provider, is pleased to announce that Mr Nadir Ali Zafar has been appointed as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Zafar, a Singapore national, has an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in business management from the Singapore Management University. He has 20 years of leadership experience including over 10 years of international experience driving business performance in the education, media, shipping and logistics industries. Mr Zafar is Director of Corporate Development at GEMS Education based in Singapore. Prior to that, he was based in the UAE as Head of Special Projects in the CEO’s office at GEMS Education. While in the UAE, Mr Zafar served on various committees including as President of the Singapore Business Council, Director of the INSEAD UAE Alumni Association and President of the Singapore Management University UAE Alumni Association.

Nadir Ali Zafar, aged 36, is currently a director of Frevvy Private Limited and was previously a director of Fyc Private Limited, both of which are registered in Singapore.
