– USA, MA – Allied Minds PLC (LSE: ALM) today announces that Rick Davis, after seven years of service to the Company, will not be standing for re-election and will be resigning as a Non-Executive Director at the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 May 2018.
Mr. Davis first joined the Board of Directors in 2011, and at various times has served as Chair of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, and most recently as the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Nomination Committee.

Kevin Sharer will assume the role of Senior Independent Director and replace Mr. Davis as a member of the Audit Committee, and Peter Dolan will become Chair of the Nomination Committee.
