Fust to the company’s board of directors. Mr. Fust previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Mr. Fust currently serves as a member of the boards of directors of Atara Biotherapeutics, Dermira, MacroGenics and Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical.
