Lombard Risk Management announces John McCormick to Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, London – Lombard Risk Management plc (LSE: LRM), a leading global provider of collateral management, liquidity and regulatory reporting and compliance solutions for the financial services industry, announces the following changes to its board.

As indicated last year, Brian Crowe, who has been a non-executive director since the Company’s flotation in 2004, will be retiring from the board immediately before the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 12th July 2013.

The Company is also pleased to announce that the Board intends to appoint two new directors to the Board. Taking the role of Senior Non-Executive Director will be John McCormick. John is presently Chairman and CEO of Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Asia Pacific (“RBS“), but he has announced that he will be stepping down from his position at RBS in October 2013. The Company anticipates that John will take up his board position at the end of October 2013.

A second Non-Executive Director, with significant technology company experience, is expected to join the board from August 2013. Further details will be announced shortly.
