Cambridge Bancorp appoints Edward Jankowski, Cathleen Schmidt and Susan Windham-Bannister to its Board of Directors

– USA, MA – Cambridge Bancorp (OTC QB: CATC), today announced that stockholders have elected three new members to its Board of Directors. Joining the Board are Edward F. Jankowski, Cathleen A. Schmidt, and Susan R. Windham-Bannister, Ph.D., who come from a variety of private sector backgrounds. The new directors replaced three members of the Board who retired.

About Edward F. Jankowski

Mr. Jankowski served as Senior Vice President and Director of Residential Lending and Compliance at Rockland Trust Company. He previously held various senior roles, including Chief Internal Auditor, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Technology and Operations Officer at Independent Bank Corp. and Rockland Trust Company.

About Cathleen A. Schmidt

Ms. Schmidt is the Executive Director and CEO at the law firm of McLane Middleton, Professional Association. She was previously the President and CEO at Citizens Bank for New Hampshire & Vermont.

About Susan R. Windham-Bannister, Ph.D.

Ms. Windham-Bannister is a Managing Partner at Biomedical Innovation Advisors LLC, and President and CEO at Medical Growth Strategies LLC, both life science advisory firms. She was previously President and CEO of the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center.
