Computer Services (CSI) appoints Michael Carter to its Board of Directors

– USA, KY – Computer Services, Inc. (OTCMKTS:CSVI), a provider of end-to-end financial technology solutions, announced that Michael Carter has been elected as its newest board member. He will fill a vacancy with an unexpired term through June 2019.

A 25-year Wall Street veteran, Carter currently serves as managing director and head of Technology Investment Banking for RBC. Prior to joining RBC, Carter was a managing director at both Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers.

“With technology broadening financial institutions’ ability to serve markets and customers, Michael brings a vast expertise in working with some of the world’s largest financial institutions,” said Steve Powless, CSI’s chief executive officer. “His background in leading strategic initiatives within both large-scale banks and complex fintech environments adds valuable depth to the board, for both our company and our customers.”

In addition to his professional experience, Carter is a board of director of the New York City Foundation for Computer Science Education, an honorary board of director of Spelman College, as well as a member of the Arts & Sciences Advisory Board for Washington University in St. Louis, the National Academy Foundation STEM Advisory Committee and the Executive Leadership Council.
