– UK, Gloucester – Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc announces that Mr Edward Creasy has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company, subject to regulatory approval. It is intended that Mr Creasy will succeed Mr William Samuel when he retires as Chairman before the next AGM.
Mr Creasy is currently a director of Pacific Horizon Investment Trust plc and Charles Taylor plc. He was previously a director of Kiln plc.
