– SCOTLAND, Edinburgh – The J. Smart & Co. Contractors PLC (LSE:SMJ), announces that John Martin Smart resigned as a Director and Chairman of the Company today, 27 April 2017.
Following John Martin Smart’s resignation, David William Smart and John Richard Smart will become joint Managing Directors of the Company and David William Smart will also take on the role as Chairman.
The J. Smart & Co. Contractors PLC also announces that Patricia Sweeney was appointed to the Board of Directors on 26 April 2017.
