– ESTONIA, Kobela – AS Linda Nektar (NASDAQ:LINDA) at its extraordinary meeting of shareholders held on 07.09.2017 decided to appoint Mats Arne Andersson as an additional supervisory board member. Mats Arne Andersson, a Swedish national, has long experience in the beverage industry and has worked for companies such as Pripps Breweries as marketing director for soft drinks and mineral water, Procordia Beverages as MD for the company in the group dealing with fruit juices, still drinks and cider, V&S Vin & Sprit/ ABSOLUT Vodka AB as Global head of business development, M&A, new business etc. and finally as MD for Henkell Group in the Nordic countries.
The Supervisory Board of AS Linda Nektar has decided to extend the Management Board member´s authorities of the Company´s Management Board member Kadri Rauba for the next 3-year term, i.e until 07.09.2020.
