David Suratgar, Chairman of Masawara, commented; “Iqbal has been an integral member of the Board since Masawara’s listing in 2010. We are sad to see him leave as he focuses on his professional engagements in Mauritius. We are fortunate that in Christopher, we have found an able, experienced and well-qualified member to join our ranks. Christopher joins the board when the Group is at a critical juncture, following recent corporate actions. Christopher brings with him a wealth of relevant experience in emerging markets, and good leadership skills which will be of great value to our Group in its onward journey”.
