Noble Midstream appoints Martin Salinas and Hallie Vanderhider to its Board as Independent Directors

– USA, TX – Noble Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: NBLX) today announced the appointment of Martin Salinas, Jr. as an independent director on its Board of Directors, joining Hallie A. Vanderhider in such role. Vanderhider has served as an independent director since Noble Midstream’s initial public offering in September. With the addition, Noble Midstream’s board consists of six directors, including two independent directors.

“Martin and Hallie each bring unique experience and perspectives to Noble Midstream,” said Kenneth M. Fisher, chairman of the Board of Directors of Noble Midstream. “We welcome them and look forward to the value they will bring to our partnership.”

Salinas currently serves as the chief executive officer of Phase 4 Energy Partners, Inc., and he served as chief financial officer of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. prior to joining Phase 4. Salinas joined ETP in 2004 and served as controller and vice president of finance until being appointed as chief financial officer in 2008. Salinas has also served in various financial and leadership capacities at Sunoco Logistics, L.P. and Sunoco Partners, L.P. He began his career at KPMG, LP.

Since May 2013, Vanderhider has served as managing partner of Catalyst Partners, LLC. Between 2003 and 2013, she worked at Black Stone Minerals Company, L.P. (“Black Stone”), serving most recently as a member of the board of directors and as president and chief operating officer. She previously was the Black Stone’s executive vice president and chief financial officer until being appointed as the president and chief operating officer in 2007. Vanderhider also served as chief financial officer of EnCap Investments L.P. and in a variety of positions at Damson Oil Corp. She has been a member of various boards of energy and financial management organizations.
