– IRELAND, Dublin – Origin Enterprises plc, the Agri-Services Group announces the appointment of Ms Imelda Hurley to the Board of Directors with effect from 1 August 2014. Ms Hurley joined the Group in July 2014 as Chief Financial Officer designate from PCH International Holdings.
Mr Brendan Fitzgerald resigned as a director of the Group on 31 July 2014.
