– IRELAND, Dublin – Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc (LSE:IL0A) announced the appointment of Ronan O’Neill to the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Ronan is a Chartered Accountant with extensive career banking experience in both Ireland and the UK.
Speaking today, Alan Cook said that the appointment was part of the Group’s ongoing process of Board refreshment: “Ronan’s extensive experience in all aspects of banking, that includes both risk and treasury disciplines, will be invaluable to the Group and I look forward to his contribution in the months ahead.”
The Chairman, Alan Cook also confirmed that Ronan will be appointed to chair the Risk and Compliance committee of the Board.
