– USA, CA- Western Dental, one of the nation’s leaders in accessible, affordable oral healthcare, today announced that Daniel D. Crowley was named Executive Chairman of Premier Dental Services, Inc., Western’s parent company.
Mr. Crowley is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Healthcare Solutions, a Sacramento-based consulting and investment firm that he founded in 1997 to advise and invest in healthcare service companies. Through Dynamic, he has had extensive experience leading a wide variety of healthcare services companies. Specifically, Mr. Crowley has successfully led multi-site companies in dental, orthodontic, and medical practice management, including one of the nation’s largest clinic-based medical group practices with more than 200 offices in 20 states and nearly 800 medical providers.

Prior to founding Dynamic Healthcare Solutions, Mr. Crowley was the Chairman of Health Systems International, now known as Health Net, and Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of one of its predecessor companies, Foundation Health Corporation. Mr. Crowley oversaw the growth of Foundation Health, then known as Americare, from a small regional health plan to a successful Fortune 500 company. Mr. Crowley joined Foundation Health from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Ohio, then the fifth-largest “Blues Plan” in the U.S.
