Wes Davis has been the CEO/President of six technology companies: four with multiple business units and two start-ups. He has served as an independent board member for six companies. Wes is a growth-oriented leader that has led companies to #1 market position by implementing new strategies, changing culture and upgrading infrastructure to support rapid growth. He is experienced in raising capital, and building and mentoring strong management teams.
Ellen Richstone has extensive experience both as a Board Director and as an Operating Executive. From an operating perspective, Ellen was the President and CEO of the Entrepreneurial Resources Group (ERG) growing the company by a multiple of three in a two-year time period. She has also been a Chief Financial Officer for public and private companies ranging in size from midcap to $3 billion in revenue, and is a former Fortune 500 CFO. An experienced public and private Board Director, Ellen has served on companies ranging from early stage start-ups to S&P 500 companies. Her strengths include building and growing companies and mergers and acquisitions. In April 2013, Ellen received the Distinguished Director Award from the Corporate Directors Group, an organization with 1400 public company directors as members for leadership in the field of Corporate Governance.
