– SWEDEN, Stockholm – Proffice’s (STO:PROEB) nomination committee proposes that Cecilia Daun Wennborg is re-elected as board member and elected as new chairman of the board of Proffice at the 2014 Annual General Meeting.
Cecilia Daun Wennborg, born 1963, was elected to Proffice board in 2010. Cecilia works full time as a board member and has held senior positions in Ambea group and Skandia group. She is a board member of ICA Gruppen AB, Getinge AB, Loomis AB, Eniro AB and Ikano Bank AB. Cecilia has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stockholm University.
The nomination committee’s other proposals will be presented in the notice for the AGM and on the company’s website, where its reasoned statement will also be presented.
