Patrick Moynihan is the co-author of four patents for collection innovations along with being the founder of PayLock, Inc. As Chairman and CEO of PayLock, he grew the company to be the worldwide leader in vehicular-related debt collections. From 2007-2014, Patrick Moynihan managed two PayLock IPT board seats while growing the company to several hundred employees. In 2011, he formed Ithaca Partners, LLC. where he managed a concentrated portfolio of venture investments while advising companies on capital formation and business development. From 2004-2006, Patrick Moynihan served on the Board of Trustees for Matheny School and Hospital where he initiated and lead numerous capital raising initiatives.
