– UK, Edinburgh – Securities Trust of Scotland plc (LSE:STS), announces that, with effect from the conclusion of the Company’s annual general meeting held on 21 July 2017, Andrew Irvine has retired as a Director and Senior Independent Director of the Company.
Following Andrew’s retirement, Angus-Gordon Lennox, who has served on the Board for four years, has been appointed as the new Senior Independent Director of the Company.
