Snowflake Computing welcomes Mark Garrett to its Board of Directors

– USA, CA – Snowflake Computing, the only data warehouse built for the cloud, today announced that former Adobe CFO Mark Garrett has joined Snowflake’s board of directors. Mark brings nearly 40 years of experience to Snowflake as an executive leader, an expert in accounting and financial management, and a visionary in growing and transforming technology companies. At Adobe, he completed one of the largest corporate transitions by moving the company from a traditional product delivery model to a cloud-based subscription model. In addition to Snowflake, Mark is also on the boards of Cisco, GoDaddy and Pure Storage.

Mark joined Adobe in 2007 as Executive Vice President and CFO, leading Adobe’s worldwide finance, operations and corporate development activities, including investor relations, procurement, global supply chain and order management, and corporate strategy and strategic partnerships. He retired from Adobe last month. Prior to Adobe, Mark held senior leadership positions at Documentum and EMC. As Executive Vice President and CFO, Mark co-led Documentum’s $1.7 billion sale to EMC. Following the sale, he became Senior Vice President and CFO of EMC’s Software Group.
