– USA, IL – Surgical Care Affiliates, Inc. (NASDAQ:SCAI), a leading provider of surgical services, announced today that Kenneth R. Goulet will join its Board of Directors, effective June 1, 2016. Mr. Goulet served in a number of roles with Anthem, Inc., one of the nation’s leading health benefits companies, from 2004 until his retirement on October 1, 2015, including most recently as Executive Vice President, and President of Anthem’s Commercial and Specialty Business. Previously, Mr. Goulet spent 23 years at CIGNA Corporation, where he held a number of management, sales and operations positions.
