T-Hrvatski Telekom appoints Thorsten Albers to Management Board, and Dolly Predovic to Supervisory Board as independent member

– CROATIA, Zagreb – T-Hrvatski Telekom (Reuters: THTC.L, HT.ZA; Bloomberg: THTC LI, HTRA CZ), Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announces that its Supervisory Board has elected Mr. Thorsten Albers as Management Board Member and Chief Technical and Information Officer (CTIO) of Hrvatski Telekom d.d.

Mr. Albers will assume his duties on May 1. Until he arrives at Hrvatski Telekom, he will remain Chief Officer in charge of technology at Makedonski Telekom and T-Mobile Macedonia.

Mr. Albers has gained considerable international experience in executive positions in the technology sector. For the past six years he has been Chief Technology Officer at Makedonski Telekom, where he played a key role in the successful implementation of its IP migration project.

As separately announced today, the Supervisory Board has proposed to the General Assembly that Ms. Dolly Predovic be appointed new Member of the Supervisory Board of Hrvatski Telekom d.d. as an independent candidate for a term of four years.
