Mr Robb, a director of the Company for 7 years, did not offer himself for re-election at the Annual General Meeting in August 2014. However, in the interest of maintaining continuity and providing guidance at a time of change in Tata Steel Europe, the Board has requested him to reconsider his position and he has accepted the new appointment. He remains Chairman of Tata Steel Europe.
