– UK, London – TLA Worldwide plc (AIM: TLA), a leading athlete representation and sports marketing business, announces the following Board changes with immediate effect. Andy Pearson, non-executive director, has stepped down from the Board and, pursuant to the agreement entered into between TLA and Livingbridge VC LLP as notified in the Group’s Admission Document dated 2 December 2011, has been replaced with Ken Wotton as a non-executive director of the Company.
Ken Wotton, 42, is currently a Director and Head of Quoted Investments at Livingbridge and a member of Livingbridge VC LLP, a significant shareholder in TLA. Ken Wotton was previously a member of Livingbridge EP LLP and as at the date of this announcement holds no personal interest in TLA ordinary shares.
